Since the beginning of this year, in order to fully complete the tasks of various business indicators in 2022, Panda Manufacturing Center has taken multiple measures to expand the market, improve quality and efficiency, and effectively ensure the completion of annual business objectives.

The Manufacturing Center gives full play to the role of PC automatic assembly line, improves the automatic production level of substrate section, solves the problems of high production cost, low efficiency and uncontrollable quality. The operation of the line has reduced the number of personnel in a single shift by 12, reduced the labor expenditure by 66.7%, and reached a single shift capacity of 3400 PCS, 21.4% higher than the manual production efficiency.

The Manufacturing Center has also strengthened scientific and technological innovation and improved the R&D level. The project "R&D of high-speed brain computer interaction technology for intelligent display" has been included in the list of proposed projects of special funds for science and technology plan by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

The Manufacturing Center always pays equal attention to safety and development. They actively carried out safety production training. From January to May this year, 41 training sessions were held, with 1024 participants. They also actively carried out the staff training activities. At present, they have completed 8 sessions of sharing, with a total of more than 400 participants, and continue to speed up the establishment of competitive advantages in human resources.
